Thus, the personal data processed by us are in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data and EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR), as it is transposed into national law.

Type of personal data collected and processed - personal data that will be processed by ACSD are data such as: name, e-mail, phone number, address. Regarding the access to our site, the collection of these data is done only with express consent of the user, by filling in the contact form the transmitted data. If the user wishes to exercise his rights or needs to know any information regarding his rights according to GDPR, he will contact ACSD at the e-mail address, to which ACSD will respond within 72 hours.
